Can you tune the '04 JCW sir?
Turner's Shark Injector would not speak politely to the JCW software, so I had sort of given up on it.
Turner's DynoWorks setup set a baseline for the car at 158 lbft@ 4k, and 165 whp@ 6.8k but I reckon there is more reliable power to be had.
The drive train is "stock JCW" plus K&N filter in the stock airbox - as installed by MiniPeabody in the spring of '04. At the time the JCW kit had not yet included the new airbox.

Hey Jan, quick question...I'll be getting larger injectors in prep for your tune, should I go with 380's or larger? Current related mods are: CAI, 16% SC pulley, Header, Random Technolgies High Flow Cat, Cat-back.

I am seriously interested. April 13th is the NER regional opener (points AutoX) so I hope a later date may wind up working for everyone, but we shall see.

OK the date is set for April 12 & 13. AstroBlacks will be making a schedule so he will be getting the information together over the next couple days.
Please let him know if you will need injectors installed.
Jan can you let us know if you can tune without the injectors and the downside. I just want everyone to know the pros and cons. I know the injectors will get the most out of your tune.

That would be nice. But i'm more than willing to make the drive down to Canton, CT. Would you put me down for the 13th. I would also need injectors installed. Will they be sold there? If so, for how much and can they be installed before the tune? Thanks a lot!
