Back from across the pond

got to go w/ my dad to europe for a business trip and well besides the countless number of minis and classic minis i saw :D i also happen to see this lil bugger in the royal parking lot at buckingham palace! ha so if some there drives it, it proves that mini is something to be reckoned w/!

Did you see any TVRs? We found a dealer in Hexton, England, and it was loaded with them--also had some early Lotus 7s. Almost like a museum--dealer also had #2 TVR (#1 had been destroyed in a fire).

Beautiful cars, and I'd buy one in a flash!

sadly no :( i would myself buy either of the two. but we didnt get to go any car dealers. we were only in london for two days. we were in beligum for the rest of the trip and for the business part of it. antwrep diamond captial of the world. we buy direct. :D oh yeah if u havent noticed we're jewelers thank you for the welcomes back though!

I'll take one. Diamond, that is!

The last time I went to London (the first trip there in quite a few), I got the flu and spent 3 days looking at the walls of my hotel room (very unlavish, BTW), and trying to figure out why British TV alternates children's cartoons with farm reports with soccer matches. Never did.

And it was a really a jolly trip home--for me and all the passengers around me...
