When I traded in my CR/W '02 MC for my CR/W '05 MCS, I decided not to install the front license plate. I was worried that the eye catching red would do me in. So far so good.

No unfavorable attention from the police with either car (knock on wood) though when my '02 was new, I got pulled over by a fire truck. The firemen just had to check it out. They wanted one as a mascot for their red and white fire trucks!

Can I be #160? Just got a CR/W w/ LSD & MFSW ~ 2 weeks ago & loving it (Although ever mindful of the local constabulary since my wife points out how incredibly visible the car is in traffic even from long ways off - which can be good & bad).

I've been accused of having a mid-life crisis - why is it that a guy in his mid-fourties can't just buy a fun little car without this "crisis" word coming up? I wanted a car too small for the three kids, two dogs and wife. Just big enough for the two of us for some "us" time with alot of smile potential. Not a crisis, just a realization that we deserve some fun out of life and that it is not, in fact, all about the kids.

Having said all that, if it is a "crisis" car - so be it; sure is red and sure is fun.

A white man's mid-life crisis vehicle is definitely the Vette.

Don't just isolate the men. The women can be just as bad. My mom got the Vette and my dad followed that up by getting an H2. Every time I visit them I just shake my head and bite my tongue. And to think they gave me and my husband a hard time about our two minis! Gotta love them.

BTW, I refer to my CR/MCSc JCW as 'a ticket waiting to happen'.

Why fitting for Florida Isn't it the FL "Gators"? That's clearly a crocodile. I am a Roll Tide gal & I wouldn't be caught dead with a gator on my Mini. A Croc now that's OK

Can I give a big OOPS....I'm probably going to get my FL license pulled for that faux pas. But don't the crocs in the Keys count?

The digital files have been sent to the sticker makers. I like to keep my design, illustration and artwork on the highest levels. Consequently, I want all the badges to be the finest out there. I'm pulling color proofs this week and will review soon. Just bear with me on this, should be soon.

The illustrated CROC image is going to take me some quality time and might be the last version that actually gets produced due to this. Not a big deal, good things come to all that wait. I think that you will like my illustrating just as much as my design skills. I'm going to try to illustrate the fightin' Chili red mouthed Croc in the same style of graphite rendering as I did for the Audifans 10 year shirt I designed and illustrated below.
