Official Chili Red Owners Club
MINI meet - November 13th
It is in the state of Washington.
People will be meeting up in different places: Fairhaven for those in the north, Edison for those in the south.
The Drive:
9:00 meet in Fairhaven, NW corner of 12th and Old Fairhaven Parkway, used to be Stanello's, I think it's Quel Fromage now. There is a big parking lot in back. we will leave there no later than 9:15 or as soon as everyone is there, and head to Edison via Chuckanut dr.
10:00 Meet near Edison at the corner of Bow Hill Road and Chuckanut Dr (HWY 11). There is a post office on the North West corner that should have a big enough parking lot.
We will Leave there at 10:30 and head north on Chuckanut, around Lake Samish, then over to Lake Whatcom and around the south end to Hwy 9 and back to Edison. Edison tavern is a great lunch spot. The drive should be about 2 hours.

We will stay out of town as much as possible but there will be a few trouble areas. I will try and use the back door method we learned about on the Whidbey Isl drive. So if anyone needs to borrow a radio, speak up. I have a few spares I can bring.
Post if you plan on joining and mention if you plan on meeting in Fairhaven at 9.

Maybe we right-coasters can make a rally out of it...
Alas, timing won't work for me...but sounds like fun - have a great time!
Hey Chili Red Mini Owners! I have a 2011 MCS (Chili Red of course!) on the way, due in March. Previously lived in Washington, now living in Hawaii, moving back to the mainland in 6 months or so. Can I join or do I have to wait until my Mini arrives?
I don't know how you can stand to wait till March for your MINI. I'd go bananas! I bought mine in September, 2010. I could have waited for a 2011, but the only one coming in was totally bare bones. The only option it had was heated seats. My 2010 is loaded. I got just about everything
I especially love the premium package as the stereo ROCKS! I also got the cold package, xenon headlights, piano interior, sport seats and other stuff. I LOVE my MINI
Where will you be living when you return to the mainland?

I'd say join now

. I have mine coming with: Xenons, Harmon Kardon SS, Bluetooth, Rear Fog lights, Anthracite Headliner, Auto trans and Dynamic Traction Control. I cant hardly wait! I am going to add accessories later instead of adding it to the sticker price. I want the Rally lights in the front, as well as a black out kit.Not sure where we will be living when we move to the mainland, its where the Marine Corps takes us. Hopefully somewhere with good driving roads
Me too! How long have you had your MINI?
