Received my Chili Red/White R56 last week and I am thrilled. It looks far better in person and I love the contrast with the (abundant) black trim outside the car. The Rooster Red/PB/anthracite interior and cloth/leather seats are also a great match. Please include me in the club.

I'm a new Chili Red/Black roof owner. I got my 06 MCS last August trading my boring truck. I would love to be a member of the club!! I don't care about a number, so whatever works. I'll try and post pics later this week, I work and go to school at night so not much time.

Just a shoutout to all the Chili Reds out there CROC rulz!!!!!

 

New to me '06. Sport suspension, limited slip diff, cloth, xenon or whatever lights, and thats it, race buggy. A blast to toss around. Can't wait to get it out on Road Atlanta this Spring.

 

Nice work, (satin or flat?) black painted bumper grill instead of the aero grill mod.
Going to look into that.

30K miles, all the options - Nav. (did anyone actually buy it?)

I bought the nav in my '03 CR/W S, but with my '06 ragtop chose to go with handheld navs.
It's nice having it integrated, but having owned both, I like being able to pop the nav in my pocket and use my own in amy car I want...

I love it so far, I had my own GPS. I found one that had the built in NAv, but the square screen in the round hole looked good to me.

 

Didn't get the Nav...since we're stuck on an island. For us, either we're going West in a circle around the island, or East.

 

There's a guy in the gen2 coupe forums who's looking at a Chili Red '03 Cooper S. He's debating between that and a gen2 blue Cooper S. Maybe we should give him an encouraging *** to the red one. Plus the one he's found comes from a dealer that paints the black trim pieces to help sell the cars:


I miss my '04 Chili Red Cooper S. I traded it for a '07 silver Cooper -- I miss the power, and I miss the color...I think I'm going back soon.
