While November and March my be meaningful days, to the average Mini owner out there you're trying to reach, they mean nothing.
I suggest a day in late spring or early summer, when people might have windows or tops down, making it easier to wave, and there might not be rain to interfere with seeing other's waving.
That makes sense.
I've seen more MINIs on the street in Summer and Fall than in Winter and early spring.
I would have to agree with Gromit - in the winter months most of my motoring on week days is under the lights - hard to see another motorist, let alone whether or not they are waving back. Spring or early summer sound better to me! Of course, every day should be international wave like a fool day....
