Another motorer wishing that you get well soon. It's good that you made it through and able to respond to us in the first place. Let us know how things turn out and try to get back asap so we don't stay worried or anything like that.

Thank you all for your kind words and prayers and know that they are a big help. I will be getting a cathaterization tomorrow and, hopefully be released on the world by night. Thanks again, everyone!

On my brother's 40th birthday he had a heart attack and it necessitated a stent in his lower left ventricle which was 99 percent clogged. He feels much better now with his shiny new stent.

I wish you a speedy recovery.

My prayers and best wishes for a very speedy recovery are with you and your family.

Sounds like your doctor has a plan. Stick with him and do as he says for a quick and painless recovery.

Sending lots of cyber Mini Hugs you way!

Oh no! This is the last thing that you needed after the year you've had. I'm so sorry, LynnEl. I'm encouraged that you are typing on a BB from your hospital bed though...good sign that you're going to be juuuuust fine. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Very best wishes...Tigs

Wow, so sorry to hear about that but glad you are well enough to be posting and hopefully getting released soon.

I also had an unpleasant trip to the hospital Fri; I found that lighter wheels on my wheelchair did help some in the handling dept

Take care and best wishes for a quick and complete recovery.

I always try to find something good in a situation. I have become expert at peeing in a bottle without getting out of bed. Should come in handy.

That's a hand skill for a road warrior. Should come in handy on the next long distance drive.

What do you mean? That could be handy for drinking beer and watching football.

Sounds like you've got the right attitude.

In most hospitals, heart catheterizations are pretty routine these days...I hope yours is exactly that.

LynnEl,
This is terrible. I'm sorry. Rest and exercise however the doctors tell you so you can get well as fast as possible and prevent this from happening again. I am so sorry.

I suggest only light detailing for a few weeks and under no circumstance should you attempt to post the 10,001st post to win that free T-Shirt. I'm glad that you are getting better and hope for your full recovery.
Get better soon.
