Baron MINI and slave cylinder
Baron MINI and slave cylinder
Spent 3 days in KC on the way back from MITM. Couldn't shift gears unless I pumped the clutch. Knew right away that if it worked by pumping the clutch it had to be hydraulic. The very good folks at Baron MINI in KC gave me white glove service - I mean above the level that I would ever expect from any dealer service. Nat Hawk is on my list of the best services advisor's in the US and that's a really short list. There were problems with some of the replacement cylinders (they leaked as well) but they got me back on the road with a totally clean and shiny car that was covered in bugs and dust from my trip to MITM from DC and MITM to KC.
Extremely greatful for the above and beyond treatment - the taxi (valet) service in a 335i, 528, and R56 between dealership and hotels - even came and picked me up when I decided to change hotels. If you live in KC - you're very lucky to have a dealership of the caliber of Baron MINI

Glad to hear you had a good experience with Baron, I think they are well regarded here in KC. My 03 MCS is going back in Wed night for a second repair to my cruise control, Nate's taken good care of me so far.
