Not sure if there are any other Mini owners out there with hand controls or any other adaptive equipment on their Cooper but I thought I'd ask?

For those unfamiliar with gas/brake hand controls its a very simple unit that allows for those of us with a disability to drive.

There was a thread not long ago about just this topic. Sorry I don't have a handy reference, but a search will turn it up.
IIRC, we have several members who use adaptive controls. One even Autocrosses.
