Dragging MINI into the 21st century

How is it that MINI has no idea where my car is, and yet us simple MINI drivers have got it completely figured out.
I have a bill of lading from WW showing my car was booked, loaded, discharged etc, and yet MINI swear on a stack of bibles that my car is still in Southampton.
At this point I am trusting a well regarded shipping company, rather than a nation who cannot even win a decent war (Germany, played 2, lost 2{WW1&2}).
I think the next call I get is from my MA, telling me my car has just been driven off a truck, but who is not exactly sure how it got there .
And when you look at the dealers computer, the final status code is "Arrived in German Dealership"
Anyway lots of pics when I finally get her

I wouldn't blame a whole nation for MINI's lack of customer care. And that is what it is. MINI just doesn't give a damn about you once they have condescended to let you buy one of their cars.
