Cheers.

Either/Or. As cool as the metallic is, there's also something to be said about a nice, understated, flat gray.

You haven't seen my metallic yet. It's ink and not a background vinyl. although there will be badges with metallic vinyl. If you had your sample that I promised you....they keep selling so it looks like you'll be getting a sticker for now.

I have a design in mind, but very limited experience with graphic design. I have two designs I made in Paint, but they really need "cleaned up". Is there anyone who could help me out?

BTW, I'm just messing around. I'm still sticking with my "911" entry.

Those are good though, and very cool ideas.

We're getting close to the end of the first contest. Get your entries in, please.

I've opened this thread for official viewing of entries and voting. Please abide by the requests in the first post and everthing should go smoothly.

I was going to suggest setting up a poll because it allows folks to vote anonymously, but I guess that would be difficult with two categories.

Some forums allow you to give the voter multiple votes in their polls which might be worth checking into.

Alright, here's my very rough Catergory 2 entry:

It still needs some cleaning up, as this is mostly hand drawn (the first bend in the arrow needs to be more gradual, the text needs to be refined, etc.), but you get the idea. Thanks to DVLMINI for his help with this!

EDIT: Hmm, the size looks small. It's set to 3 inches in Photoshop...

Well, I've had a message into Dave Bunting for a couple of days about the poll. No answer yet, I can hold it off site at the West Coast Coopers Yahoo Group, but I'd rather not.

All Dubaian's entries will be disqualified if he/she does not indicate which is the official entry and remove the others prior to entry deadline . I've sent 2 messages and rec'd no reply.

Sorry, Dubaian, but what are we supposed to do-- vote on your entries and then put the one we like in? That wouldn't be fair to the other contestants.:impatient

Cheers. I take no credit in the creation. I'm not sure if it even qualifies or if it's in violation of IP. I'm hoping the smilies here on NAM are public domain. If not:
