Since I have read several less than cheerful stories about vendors the last few days, I'd like to relate this: Thursday, I ordered the seat belt extenders and knee pad for my R56 from Minspeed. They were the only vendor I found that had them in stock. The extenders arrived Saturday (I did not request or pay for expedited delivery), along with a hand-written note stating the knee pad would be slightly delayed since I had requested a different color border (comes with red and I asked for blue), which they had to make. They also inform me that they are working on a readable oil dipstick for the R56.

 

Is the knee pad for under the dash or the side of the center stack?

I've never had any dealings with them but My brother buys everything for his Mini from them. He can't say enough about them.
