I have 4 - 16" black wheels with professionally mounted and balanced Firestone Winterforce tires on them for sale. The wheels are super sweet! They are black with heart cut-outs and a thick silver rim. There is some discoloration in the silver part; like dirt got under the clear coating (see pics)? The tires on the other hand, have 8/32 to 10/32 of tread left on them per my depth gage (also did the "penny test", see pic).
