It looks as though there will probably be an SCCA Performance Driving Event at Nelson Ledges this summer July 24th, the sunday after the 12 hour race. Nelson is in NE Ohio, near Cleveland. If you're interested in taking your car out on the track, but were nervous about track days where you are just dumped on a track, this is for you. The cost is going to be about $150 for the day!! This is only about $5 more than the cost for a track day with NO instructor. This is instructor led, and it's going to be very cool. At this time it is probably only going to be open to SCCA members. There are still questions about that. You do NOT need to hold a competition license. I was wondering if there was interest from anyone on here. Please post.
