I am getting a scanner a Radio Shack for the USGP. We went last year and had a great time, but really need a scanner. The guy next to us had one and let us listen in; makes the race much easier to follow.

I want to listen to the SpeedTV and ITV feeds at the track to keep up. Does anyone know the frequencies I need to scan? I want to make sure I arrive in Indy with a functioning scanner. Thanks for your help!

Thanks! This should be what I need, since it at least shows the range for Speed and ITV. If I can scan that range, I'll find it once I'm there. Thanks again!

Going home now to watch practice on Tivo and will be up late for Qual 1...

In F1 the radio communications are scrambled and encoded. I don't know if you will be able to understand what ever you may be able to pull out of the air.
