Any real experiences that can be shared as used on track or autox - good or bad?

Seems like a good idea towards handling predictability and 'one with machine' goal (over the foam lateral retainer), but haven't come across any clear driving impression feedback - other than someone blaming it for breaking a shock shaft.

AST is prob. what I would go with - for attachment to KW Clubsports.
