Check out this site http://209.26.216.140/ it has the schedule for Central florida SCCA events. FSF is events at the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa. I went to one a few months ago.. didn't race, just watched. looks like alot of fun! They have an event on the 20-21st (This weekend). I think they try and have one a month at FSF. I'm really curious to see what it is they do at Sebring....

I have attended the last two years Sebring events. It is a do not miss event. They use one of the straightaways for the event. Its the one behind the pits for those oof you that heve been there. They move the concrete spectator wall all the way back to the chain link fence. We have a 300' x 3000' piece of grippy concrete to run on.
The last 2 events were very fast. The last one I was topping out 3rd gear in my RX-7 whick = 110 MPH. We had an incident at the last one. One guy hit the safty wall doing about 25-30 MPH really wrecked his Prelude bad.
There was a terrible backlash over this from some of the members. I would imagine it will be slowed down next year.
It is held every June. I plan on attending a few of the Tampa events next year as well as the National tour stop and Pro Solo stop in Ft. Meyers. I'll look for the Mini's
