a neighbor dropped these off at my place in the hopes i could use them on my mini, but i can't.

first to contact me can have em. if you cant pickup w/in a couple of days, however, dont bother as i need them outta here and would rather get rid of them.

correct, 2 of the rims have no tires, the other two have tires on them--quite worn.
