Removing headlights - nut spinning

I am trying to remove my headlight assemblies, but the nuts on the lower bolts are just spinning inside the plastic. I can see that there is a bit of rust on the end of the bolts so that is probably what caused the problem. I downloaded a pic from ECSTuning of the nuts I am talking about. Does anyone have any suggestions on getting the bolts out?

Either drill it out or if you can rear in with a needle nose plier to hold it.

Thanks. I drilled the bolts out then pushed the knurled nuts out of the plastic pieces. I then used stainless nuts and bolts as replacements.
