Sounds ok. Seems like that year and price you could likely get less miles for the same price or more miles...so it comes down to if you really like the color, options, if its super clean, ect.

Once above 50,000 miles or so, the JCWs and S lose approx 1 quart oil per ~1000 miles. Depending what the CarFax says, recommend some proof of keeping topped off (if orig owner) or get some warranty (if dealer).
