Hi y'all. I have a 2009 JCW and a while ago the clutch gave out. Last weekend I finally got the clutch out and apart. The clutch disc is at it's minimum of around 1mm slightly under. The throwout bearing lever fork actually failed at the throwout bearing. It was just sort of hanging around the shaft. Since I have it all out I'm replacing the fork, bearing, clutch disc and clutch for sure. No signs of leaks. The dual mass flywheel is my big question. It's not scored and as far as the bearing area looks okay. In the ol' days 30 years ago I would have taken a piece of sand paper to it and then used it. Frankly I'm not knowledgeable about the dual mass flywheels and I'm trying to figure out if it's still okay. It's pretty stiff and less than a 1 mm rock. Tips and experience appreciated. I'll be ordering parts soon. I suppose if I go and order from Momentum I could ask a mechanic to verify. Y'alls thoughts, thanks!

Doesn't seem like there are not many do it yourselfers left here. I've decided to that the flywheel is good. If it's not I'll let y'all know when I pull it out again!

Worked out just fine. Few other jobs since then and a few more coming up. The clutch job is not difficult just takes time and patience.
