My car has begun making a strange noise that seems to be coming from the rear interior. It sounds like the electronic feedback you hear coming through the radio, but it can be heard when the system is off. The noise is tied to the engine speed.
Has anyone else experienced this?

 

I know this is old, but I have that sounds as well, but comes from the dash area.
