Body difference between JCW & MCS

Besides the obvious, what are some of the differences between the JCW and MCS. On most aftermarket sites, I see the products listed for a MCS but not a JCW. Specifically, I plan to have a second set of wheels for long trips since I anticipate the ride to be too rough with the run-flats for my wife and my enjoyment. Is the wheel bolt pattern the same, and if I order MCS wheels will they fit perfectly on the JCW? Also my new JCW is a cabrio and I plan to get the special mirror overlays to help with visability. Are the outside mirrors the same so when I order these overlays, they will fit?
Thanks to anyone who can help. I really enjoy the info that is posted here, and the kind and patient answers given by those with experience.

Outside mirrors are exactly the same as a standard MCS.

The brakes on a factory JCW are much larger than standard and only some OEM wheels can fit over them. Officially, MINI approves of these wheels: R97, R104, R108, R112, E113, R114. Some others can fit if you're willing to use spacers to clear the brakes. You can also look for aftermarket wheels. The TireRack site will show you which of theirs fit on a JCW.
