setting the blinker and day time running lights

OK, I have read the manual trying to set the blinker to 3 flashes instead of 1, and setting the day time running lights on. I do have keyless entry and have tryed it with the key in and out and engine on and off. I can not get the screen up on the dash like they have in the manual. What am I doing wrong?

Don't know....I set mine up in the parking lot at the dealer with no problems. I will take a look at how I did it in the morning to see if I can help you.

OK, have the car on and the doors closed. Push the BC button until it says Set/Info. Hold it down until it changes to a different screen. Then continue to press until you get to the fourth screen where it will show a key with a checkmark and the word "set" underneath. This is where you adjust your personal settings. You move through them by pressing the BC button and holding the BC button when you want to change the setting. The turn signal is the last setting and I think the daytime running lights are second to last.
