Thanks!

I wanted to try and make it so all the details worked together and I'm pretty pleased with it.

Put my "winter" setup on today, I had my stock wheels powdercoated black, and added a set of Continental Extreme Contact DWS in a 215-45/17.

Here is mine. I guess I forgot to post it here Finally arrived. Specs are in my sig. I am really liking the EG colour - looks very different depending on the lighting.

the EG/CR combo seems to be getting quite popular on this board. I don't feel quite so unique any more.

I was thinking the same thing but I have yet to see another EG/CR combo in person since it was made available. In fact, the only CR roof MINI I have seen is still sitting in a dealership downtown. I think it is one of the major reasons why so many people check out the car as I drive by (that and the JCW exhaust ).

When I was looking for my car, the EG/CR was only slightly less common than Black/CR was. I actually started out negotiating on the EG/CR, but Flow MINI didn't want to part with theirs. They said they had somebody working a deal on it. I took a second look at the PW/CR and decided I liked it better anyway. 2 months later, the EG/CR was still sitting at Flow. I still think it's an awesome color combo.

Was this the Flow in Raleigh? If so, when were you shopping? I bought mine from Flow in Raleigh back in April and got a pretty good deal because it had been sitting on the lot for a while.

I'm not sure if my JCW is cool enough to post here, doesn't have red stitching, more than one carbon-fiber piece, hood stripes, etc.

Yes, it is. I bought my car in November, 2010, so they had the car for 6 months after they refused to dealer trade it. Funny stuff.

The service computer in my PW still has the Flow Raleigh phone number in it, even though MINI Knoxville dealer traded so I could get it.

Nice Coupe! I think I'll test drive one pretty soon. Probably won't give up my JCW since I've got so much into it at this point but I do like the sleek look of the new Coupes.

When they tossed the rear seats I fell in love, more cargo room, a sleek double spoiler hatch, and the rear speakers are right against your back. It's the perfect Mini for me! I'm looking forward to joining the fold.

BEAUTIFUL coupe!!! Just out of curiosity, how tall are you? I'm 6',1" and I feel like I'd knock my head off getting in. I've had a couple of Z4s (great fit!) and 3 SLK230s (not such a great fit), but the JCW Coupe looks tempting, but not sure if its feasible.

I'm 5'11" and there is plenty of room to spare. You can take the seats way back for extra legroom. Honestly you'll fit but the only inconvience is that if you're too close to a traffic light it's hard to see it with the lower top.
