F60 Black roof headliner

Black roof headliner
I am in my last days before entering in production... I am sure you know the feeling...
So, what’s your feeling about the black headliner ?
For my SE I am going for Melting silver exterior, black roof and mirrors, grey Fabric- Black leatherette seats, satellite grey interior lining.
I have not confirmed the black headliner for now. the standard headliner seems to be grey (right???)and I think is a great color match.
I live in Greece in a quite hot area.
Possible disadvantages of black headliner :
- Feeling of lower roof, smaller cabin
- Too dark car
Other than not getting dirty as easily, what are the advantages of a black roof interior?

The black headliner in any car is the way to go. Looks MUCH nicer than grey or tan colored ones which looks dinky/cheapo. Just about any luxury vehicle will have a black headliner. The interior does not feel small or dark. Go to a dealership and compare the two if you don't believe me. The black makes it a much nicer space to be in.

I don't know of any "advantages" of a black headliner other than matching the rest of the black bits... In our 2012, we have the grey headliner, but in the 2018, we went with the black. I don't feel like the roof "feels" lower (and we opted for the sunroof delete!) and I like the look of all black interiors, so my choice is a bit biased...
Overall, I like the look of the black better, but if heat is a concern, then the grey may be a better choice for you... And honestly, we've had the 2012 since 2012 and of all the things that get dirty, the headliner isn't really one of them (I guess, unless you have kids that try and put their sticky hands on everything)...

GET IT
I ordered it in my last one, but bought my current one used without it. I miss it so much lol
I don't know if the newer Minis are different, but from what I have seen the grey isn't really a cold-blue-silver-grey that you might want, but a warmer has-some-yellow-hints-grey. Could be they kind of get that way after a while too, but ALWAYS BET ON BLACK
