Exclamation 2018 F60 Concern

Howdy!
I've only had my F60 for under a month. I'm loving it but it doesn't seem to hold a charge for long. Example, I charged it for 2 hours on a Level 2 station and got to 56% (it was at about 8%),
drove it 6 blocks and it went down to 38%. Today I stopped to fill up with gas and the tank door would not release. I gave up and drove home. Tried the door release again, but this time got an
error warning, "Fuel system failure."

I am kinda freaked out about this stuff. I literally paid off the car last week! I traded my gas guzzling Range Rover for my Mini thinking it was a wise decision. I have an appointment with the
dealer next week. I'm praying this is a fix that won't be a sign of something chronically wrong with the car. I had a VW Rabbit in the 80s that had ongoing electrical issues that were a real pain. :-(

All it takes is someone that knows how to work on this to get it rectified. Bad battery cell, bad alternator, bad rectifier or voltage regulator, mouse-chewed wires. It's something simple to someone who knows how to diagnose and repair. Don't fret too much. The 2018's are not known to be electrical disasters. Let us know what they find!
