Perhaps. ECStuning.com shows that the bumper bar will fit a base 2020 Cooper hardtop, but not the convertible. The part number is 51127349623. It also shows the bumper bar as not fitting my 2016 convertible, but it does. Best to call and ask.

There is something to consider before retrofitting the bumper bar and using the bike rack. I only installed the bumper bar, and not the wiring for the lights and parking sensor cutoff that would be included in the factory prep kit. So, when I have the bike rack in place, with bikes or without, it sets off the rear parking sensors to maximum warning when putting the car in reverse. You can add a wiring kit to eliminate this issue, but it's not cheap and looks rather involved to install (see instruction book from a company in England). I haven't see or asked about a wiring kit directly from MINI.

For new models, the bike rack prep kit doesn't show up as an option in the online configurator, and the bumper-mounted bike rack doesn't appear as an accessory in the MINI Accessories section.

 

Hi Everybody! Proud owner of a 2023 F57 Mini Cooper S from Boston, MA. I wonder if anybody has recent experience in installing a bike rack in a F57. I am interested air solution similar to what "gracelandii" is showing in their April 2020 post. Any place you can recommend in the Boston MA area that could do something similar?

 

Did you ever get a hitch for your 2023 F57? I have a 2022 and I'm also trying to solve this problem. I'm in NH. I found a guy in the Boston area that installed a hitch for my Audi Q3 (which was also quite difficult), but I have not approached him about the Mini yet.
