2019 Mini Cooper > 10,000 Mile Update

Hello Mini Fans -

Time for a 10,000 mile update! I have had my Mini for six months now and it's been my reliable daily driver for work. Through rain, snow and sunshine...the little 3 cylinder Mini easily holds its own on the merciless New Jersey Turnpike every single morning. I am averaging 32 mpg and have not had one single issue. Next week, I will be taking it in for its first oil change. The tires still look like new with no visible wear, the paint still has its showroom shine, the drivers seat still looks like new and the brakes bite quick and stops the car on a dime. There are no rattles, no squeaks and no loose panels anywhere. This is a very well made car. I only did two minor mods: center gauge has the JCW blind ring and Union Jack taillights. Overall- this car is a winner. Once Spring arrives, I will be pulling out my new toy and putting the Mini away for a while.

I had a 3 cylinder 2015 Mini with a manual and in retrospect I should have kept it. Enough power, great mileage and a blast to drive. Unfortunately got the itch for speed and bought a new JCW in 2017. Short lived love affair.......just too damn stiff for Tennessee roads. Now happy in my fully loaded S and I’m not leaving. Can’t find manuals these days. Want to see you on the snow blower!

Just about two years (May) and 26,000 miles on my 2019 F57 Justa 6-speed. No problems, also averaging 32 MPG (despite an aftermarket ECU tune, aftermarket exhaust, aftermarket intake, and a heavy right foot), and loving every minute. The F5X Justa is so under appreciated!

If I could have found one equipped the way I wanted, I would have jumped. Better balanced.

I just hit 10k yesterday "after 20 months". Only issues has been the Dinan Modules (not Mini's fault), everything else has been perfect.
