Battery Voltage Questions

Hi guys,

Question, when the car battery is fully charge how many volts should I see?

Another question,

What would be the lowest the battery could lower without damaging itself?

I ask because my dash cam has a Voltage Security that it can shut down if the car battery drops to a certain voltage level. I just need to know which voltage should I set it to. Now is set on 12V.
