Now you can do them on dry road but practicing on snow is soooo much fun!
A set of 4 winter tires is highly recommended if you don't like suddenly "being along for the ride."
love driving my f57s in the snow with all seasons. Haven't had an issue yet. Then again I've never had problems drinking in snow with front wheel drive cars. New England winters for the win. Coarse this winter hasn't been too bad this season in Massachusetts.
