Just ordered an Electric Blue MCS on Wednesday. Has anyone fitted the factory roof bars and roof box to their F55. Would like to see what it looks like. I ordered the black roof rails. Looked at Thule boxes, and they seem too wide for the stock mini crossbars.

Would like to use the box for skis, what are the interior dimensions of the box? Thanks

 

I have used the Yakima Rocketbox 16 on my R56 and my new F56, both with the Mini crossbars. It does hang over very slightly on the front but you cannot actually see it in the car. I could push it further back, but I have an R56 S and a F56 JCW and both have spoilers, so I needed to move it a little further forward so it did not rub when opening the boot.
