Considering the extended maintenance - what are average service intervals?

I drive 25-30k miles per year, so I'll be wearing out my MINI quickly. I'm thinking that the maintenance extension may be worthwhile but it's hard to price out what the actual savings will be (if any).

I know with the CBS system there isn't an exact service interval for anything, but I'm looking for some approximation of how often I'll be able to make use of the service plan. I hear that oil changes are approx. every 15k miles, inspections every 30k, but what else is there?

I always hear that the packages are made to make money for the dealer and I'm hoping that so much driving will end up being a saver for me, but I can't tell for sure...any opinions?

Considering the same options on F56 JCW on order.....usually response I have seem in the past , many folks opted not to buy, with the sentiment that find a good- 3rd party shop as it is usually less expensive................just not sure on the F56's where they are still pretty new

This is my first "nice car" and I'm determined to keep it in as good condition as possible so I'm wary of third party mechanics using third party or used parts, but I'm not a mechanic myself so maybe I'm overzealously concerned. I have looked at third party maintenance plans and I found a good deal with Delta Auto Protect, which offers up to 250k miles which is great as I drive 30k a year.

Pencil and paper or excel spreadsheet is the best way to figure it out. Sounds like your are driving a lot and have no desire to spend the time doing maintenance nor sourcing indy shops. Probably buying the plan from Mini is best bet in your case.
