F55/F56 Interesting information about the turbo. Does it require cool-down in hwy rest areas?

Seems there's a big water jacket around the turbo. Is this why the coolant gets much hotter than other cars? I see the coolant stays around 220F in F56 while my Mazda CX-5 2.5L only goes up to 183F.
Does cooling the turbo before shutting off the engine still apply such as stopping at highway rest areas? How hard do you have to be pushing it for the oil to start cooking?
