Clicking Sound Under Floor Mats

Anyone else experiencing a clicking sound on their floor mats? I've got an automatic and I rest my left foot above the circular velcro stabilizer and there's a constant clicking sound when I'm driving. I'm not sure if my velcro stabilizer thing is just very loose or that's just a mini quirk I need to deal with. Hoping to see if others have this same problem. It's especially evident during acceleration and braking.

It's quite annoying while driving as I can actually feel the click through the floor mats.

Remove the mat and inspect the Velcro attachment pieces on both surfaces. They are plastic and 'click into place. If not seated properly they might be the culprit.

I did that already. There's only one plastic velcro attachment that locks into the vehicle floor. It's like an insert and twist hook type thing to lock it in place. It's installed correctly. The mat has no attachment as far as I remember.

It might just be a loose attachment that I got. Or perhaps I'm just super sensitive to these things. Was wondering if any others had this problem before I spent a trip out to the dealer to have it replaced, assuming a replacement would even fix the problem.

Did a little more investigating and noticed that if you lift up the floor mat and just push down on the velcro pad there is a clicking sound / popping action. Anybody else experience this? Only happens on drivers side.
