Anyone found the satellite antenna cable?

Just got my 2015 R56 with navi a few hours ago and was starting to put everything in. I through I read correctly that the sat antenna was on the passenger side kick panel. Nothing there. I'm assuming it is under the passenger seat? I looked at some of the other threads and they mention a plastic cover under the passenger seat. I don't have one of those. It is all carpet and what appears to be a sub under the passenger seat. Do I need to pull out the seat and the 'sub' out to get to the antenna wire? Or is it possible I don't have one? I already have a 6' cable from CDInt and can't wait to get it in.

Sorry, I am new to Minis and not sure the nomenclature on some of the parts and models, etc. I also didn't order the car, it's a work car. I'm just pretty sure I have an R56. LOL

Congrats! I'm new here too, and I can't wait for mine, per the owner's lounge mine has been made and is now just waiting for a boat.

But for what it is worth, and I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure you have a F56. The F56 started with the 2014 redesign, the R56 is the previous generation.

I think I figured out what I need to do based on this post

Unplug battery
Unscrew seat
Pull up carpet
Plug in CDInt antenna

Hopefully the cable from CDInt works. Seen a few people who say it didn't work with their radios.

I think you're right @J3ffro. We might have F56. Hopefully the satellite cable is under there! Guess I'll find out tomorrow morning.

Yup, F56.

I took the seat out, nothing under there for a sat cable. I just ran the magnetic mount antenna for now since I had the car somewhat apart.

Don't know if it is different since I have navi or an F56...or both!

Has anyone found this yet?

The "better-half" just traded her 2010 R56 for a 2015 F56. I removed the CDInt cable we had hooked to the sat radio connector under the passenger seat before we took the R56 to the dealer. The F56 has no sat radio either, so we'd like to run the same setup again.

Does anyone know where the satellite radio box is supposed to be mounted in the F56? Or is it now an integral part of the stereo? Wherever it is, is where the antenna cable will be.
