got a letter in the mail from mini today along with a mouse pad. i appreciate the humor attempt but i would rather receive more information about the delay at this point
At least they are communicating something to you. Here in CANADA, there is dead silence.
U spend $35k on a vehicle and they treat me like I am dead. If you go and buy a chocolate bar for $2, and have an issue, you will not only get the attention that you deserve, but they will send you out coupons for free bars. No compensation of any kind on this end for waiting for my 2015. Nobody cares in the big executive office or the dealership. Nooooobody.

I am sure they are just trying to bring a smile. Can you imagine how they feel knowing they have say 50 good customers that are very irritated. Nothing they do can fix the issue but they are the front line complaint department. Never a fun position to be in. They are opening them selves up to their customers saying hey no matter what you need in the way of info please give us a call or shoot us a note. We will provide any info we can. I like it and think this is a quality move in a bad situation.
