No. I did get the storage option and bought the divided bin from the dealer. Actually, they gave me a credit to buy some extras and I chose that and the MINI windshield sun screen.
The storage bin option is confusing as it shows in the photo of the storage option in the MINI configurator. I expected it to be included until others commented on here.
