I am wondering if anyone else has been disappointed with the level of customer service they get from the Ask Mini number dealing with issues not related to tracking and production status? I am trying to deal with car issues and on average I am lucky if I can get a call back in less than four days. Is anyone else having these issues? Also, any suggestions?
