Noticed today I had a red and orange light on the center only on the lower right. Does anybody know what these lights mean if there is a problem.

 

It's probably best if you take a picture so that we know what you mean.

 

Could be the tach. When you hit the gas does another colour go clockwise from the bottom?
In setup center consol I have nothing checked.

 

I think it's the tach. If you're in sport mode and have the LED lights set to whatever mode the car is in instead of ambient lighting it displays the tach for sport, speed for mid mode, and green efficiency for green mode.
