F56 - I take back everything I said. . .

When I got my F56, I compared it to my Coupe and Countryman. At first, I wasn't happy with the changes made by BMW. Now, I have a new appreciation for the F56.

My F56 is in the shop getting repaired from an accident with a careless driver. I'm driving a rental. It is a Kia Soul-less. No wonder you can buy two Kia Souls for the price of an F56. It is truly Soul-less!! No power, poor handling. The BMW 2.0 liter engine and drive train blow the doors off this car. The Soul looks cute but it isn't even fun to drive. It gets loose around 78, has no pick-up on acceleration, and has a high center of gravity.

I can't wait to get my F56 back.

I had a similar experience. Had my windshield replaced on my F56 already and got a Ford Focus rental... The interior is horrible. Cheap and flimsy. It makes me feel so much better about my mini.

I have seen other smaller vehicles and I, too, am increasingly delighted that I chose my MINI S. The quality is, IMO, far superior to any competitor, with exceptional performance to boot.

That's why the F56 took my money. Everything I compared it to were so so so far below it in interior quality. Nothing else I looked at could compare.

Since I've acquired my F56 MCS, I've driven a Sonata, Soul and Charger as rentals during business trips. I understand what you guys are saying. These cars can't compare. The F56 feels a lot more refined.
