Hankook Performance Funflat Tires

I was out for a quick drive tonight in the wet. I must say I have alway been down on runflat tires. That said the Hankook performance tires that came with my 17" rims are absolutely incredible. I was on a tightish turn coming of the expressway whe some guy accelerated hard in the inside lane. The tires felt so good I chopped it down into 5th and hit the gas and at 105mph he was gone way back. Must say I only have 300 miles on the car! The tires make you that confident. Make you drive like you are 20 years younger!
Anyone ordering a new F56 I would not hesitate to pay the additonal $50. I'm even thinking of keeping these for my summer tires because honestly I'm not sure my Michelin pilot SS are any better.

How do they handle the bumps on a corner at speed?

That's good to read, I have a horrible impression of Hankooks in general, but my only experience with them is the standard tires on my 2007 Cobalt and my girlfriends 2013 Sonic... both of which were total garbage and would start hydroplanning if someone sneezed nearby. I was worried when I saw them as a possibility on delivery for the F56s, so glad to know they make better tires as well =)

I don't have the sport suspension. That would of course be the only slight downfall. :~}

mine came with Hankooks, driven about 900 miles in the pouring rain and hot sun (90 degrees F). Never heard of them before, so far no complaints..

Have Hankooks on my 2006 R56 vert. Took awhile to get used to them but now I love them. Felt alot softer than the Kuomos I was coming out of.

At my local Mini dealer I saw two MCS's that were nearly identical except for some interior options. But same wheels, same exterior look overall but one had Hankooks and the other (the one I bought, but not because of the tires) Pirelli's.

But none had whitewalls!
