How's the Bluetooth quality?

I have a JCW Coupe (R58) and the Bluetooth system is a complete joke. Horrible quality.. Sounds like I am under water, cuts out, lots of noise.. On to the question..

How's it sound in the F56?

I'm interested in trading in my Coupe for a JCW or an S in the beginning of the year. I'd love to know if this is a usable feature in the remode.

Thanks

Have used it 3 times so far...even with the windows down today, no issues. Definitely on par with the 3 series.

That's great to hear. I was hoping that BMW took this up to the next level. Do you know where the mic is placed?

I haven't experienced any Bluetooth issues, either. Seems to work just fine.

No idea sorry. I was speaking at a normal volume and the people on the phone had no problems hearing me. They could even hear my kid in the back seat talking during a rainstorm....so I'd say it works pretty well!

Keyser, It might be your phone, not the Bluetooth. I have the same "underwater" problem. I have an 09 MC. Bluetooth worked fine for 4 years and a couple months ago my problem started. No one can understand me. Yet my phone works fine on my BMW. But to make things more confusing, I paired a Samsung to my MC and everything is fine...everyone can hear me perfectly. I have an iphone 4s. I would suggest you pair a friend's phone...and see if your Bluetooth works fine.
