I went to the New Country MINI Launch Event in Hartford for a couple of hours. As expected the folks at New Country put on a really great Event. Great food. Great DJ. Lots of folks checking out the various models, test driving.....and buying! I really needed to go to this Event because the whole car delivery delay was ruining my weekend. It's been an emotional roller coaster. LOL. No fault of New Country, of course. The highlight of the Event for me was when the sales manager came over (not sure how he knew who I was) and apologized for the unfortunate delay of delivery. Super nice guy. Very sincere. In a flash I went from down and out to happily hopeful that my MINI's oil filter housing will be replaced Monday or Tuesday with a Tuesday or Wednesday delivery.

I apologize for not taking any photos with my iPhone. I don't know what I was thinking. They had a special 2013 Clubman there with a black and silver paint scheme. I forgot the model name. Good looking car.

I encourage everyone to attend their local Launch Events. If yours is even close to what New Country put on you'll have a good time.
