I know the light color can be changed...but can you turn the lights off completely?

I think we all will have to wait until we actually get our cars.

Then we can look in the Owner's Manual and see what options there are regarding that Ring.

My opinion is at this point if I were to simply guess, No !!!

Everything I have seen and read leads me to think it is tied into a great many functions and cannot be simply turned-off.

Well one thing is for sure as soon as we get our cars we will know.

For the purists out there we’re happy to report that it can.

In fact, you can switch off individual Light Ring reactions or the entire function altogether.

This is good news. While I think the changing colors feature is neat, I'd prefer either white only, or off.
