My 2020 F57 has had a squeak since bought used, but found the source! A plastic bushing that mounts on the interior body, where the rear seat back bottom bar goes into the keyed hole, was out of place causing metal to metal. Got it in place but it's damaged so it's longevity is in doubt. This is opposite of the main center bearing between the two rear seats, the keyed end.

I've looked online but the rear seat diagrams don't show this bearing, haven't seen anything on the body diagrams either! If anybody can offer assistance it would be greatly appreciated!!
