I know I’m not the only one, I’ve tried the “reset” trick but it seems as if only one side (passenger) wants to move. If I pull on the drivers side while closing it it will get to the tilted position before it reopens. Is there a trick I’m missing to get it to fully close? Also how do I get the switch console off off os the roof to access the motor to hand crank it closed? Help!!

 

I just had this issue on my '15 F55S. There are no tricks to get it closed. The problem is that the cable that holds onto the sunroof and moves it has snapped. I thought it would be a pretty easy fix to do myself but it's not easy at all and had to take it to the dealership for them to replace the cables.

 

Was it warrantied or out of pocket? How much?
I have the same issue....
