2014 f56 window/door/shocks

So after research with the shocks popping front and rear I am pretty sure I know after other threads, but I was wondering if anyone has the TSB # for that issue I can take to Mini? I looked it up on the mini site and I have no recalls or alerts in "my garage".

My other question I haven't seen much on this but I have had an issue latley where my window won't sit right below the roof gutter. When I close the door, the glass stays up and I have to open the door, lower the window close the door and raise it back up for it to seal under the gutter.... Anyone have this problem?

Theres a reset procedure.
Close the door, lower the window holding the switch, keep holding for 5 seconds after it hits bottom.
Raise the window holding the switch, keep holding for 5 seconds after it hits top.
