Panoramic Sunroof Won't Open
Guys, I'm super frustrated. I just took delivery of my 2014 Volcanic Orange mini last thursday.
Today I went to open my sunroof and it tilted up and froze. I managed to reset it (somehow) and it pushed itself back to the shut position.
IT WILL NOT OPEN NOW.
I keep hearing these infuriating clicks when I hold the sunroof in the 1st closed position for 30 seconds.
But it will not open or make a click if I hit/hold the open button.

That should still be under warranty, even if you are not the first owner. Take it to a dealer and get it fixed. I would not delay as you may only have a few months left depending on the original date of sale (which could be as early as July or August of 2013).
