Don't call the dealer, their parts program doesn't show this information and BMW/MINI won't give that data out

Unless you're trying to "reverse egineer" and manufacture OEM springs why would you need to know the s/r ?
If your looking for ALL4 springs, here:

knowing oem spring rates is good to compare them to the aftermarket ones.

it’s also interesting to know how they differ from base, S and JCW

Eh, Lackng a virtual computer software program to dump those numbers only found needing to know if progressive or linear.....AC Schnitzer prob already been there done that. Maybe give them a call and pick their brains on their F54 springs. With respect to their F54 springs I have heard / read good FB.

You'll save time by measuring it yourself.
Measure ride height. Add weighed concrete blocks to directly above the axle so it doesn't quite hit the bump stops. Measure again.
Do the maths.
F54 springs are not 1:1 with the axle: Do more maths.

Alternatively, get a weight for the back of the car. Disconnect rear shocks. Bounce the car and measure the frequency. OMG, more maths!

Sorry everyone. I know that the modern way of 'tuning' cars is to throw parts and money at them until you find something that actually helps. But I'm one of those old farts that believes in something called 'science'.
